GED TRANSCRIPTS AND RECORDS INFORMATION
(only for those who have tested at United Indians GED Testing Center in Seattle, WA)

GED TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM

All GED transcript requests should be directed to the WA State Board for Community & Technical Colleges while we find a new Chief GED Examiner.

Once an examinee has completed their GED testing at United Indians GED Testing Center, they will receive one "Official Transcript of GED Test Results" and one "Certificate of Educational Competence."  These will be mailed to the address the examinee provided on their first day of testing, or in some cases to the school or agency that the examinee has been working with.  United Indians is not responsible for GED transcripts or certificates that are lost in the mail or never received.

Additional copies of the "Official Transcript of GED Test Results" must be requested in writing and are $10.00 each.  The transcript is the document that colleges, employers, military recruiters, courts, etc., want as proof of GED completion.  GED Certificates are also available at $10.00 each but the GED transcript is the document preferred by those wanting proof of your GED completion.  You can use our
GED TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM or call (360)704-4410 for more info.
No transcripts or pass/fail verification will be issued until a written request and payment have been received.  These requirements also apply to all background verification agencies.  Call (206)723-6288 x131 with any questions.

If you need your GED transcript "certified" for college admissions, etc., outside of the United States, a sealed transcript mailed from our testing center will meet this requirement.  We are able to mail GED transcripts outside the US and the written request and fee of US $10 per transcript is the same regardless of destination.

PLEASE NOTE:
We only issue GED transcripts for those who have taken one or more GED tests at United Indians GED Testing Center.  If you have never tested at United Indians we are unable to help you & you should contact the testing center where you completed your testing to attain your GED transcript or contact the GED Administrator for the state, province, territory or jurisdiction where you completed your testing.

Our secretary and other United Indians employees outside of the GED department do not have the ability or authorization to print up GED transcripts or handle any GED duties.
