GED PREPARATION INFO
Passing
the GED Tests may require some preparation on your part. Some
individuals prepare intensively by taking classes or studying GED
preparation books and other materials. Other individuals are
comfortable with simply brushing up on a few of the subject areas where
they feel they need practice. To determine how you should prepare
for the tests you can:
- Call our testing center at
(phone number TBA) and we can provide information on various agencies
and schools that offer free GED preparation services/classes for
both
youth and adults in your area. Some of these agencies assist
their
clients in paying for the test as well.
- Go to any public
library or book store to find a book of official GED practice
tests. These books are
available in English
or Spanish.
The Harcourt/Steck-Vaughn Company publishes one book with study guides
& practice tests for all five GED subjects titled Complete GED Preparation which can
be found at the library, in bookstores, & can be purchased new or
used from Amazon.com

- Go to www.gedpractice.com
or www.testprepreview.com
for FREE online ged
practice questions that will help familiarize you with the types of
items you will see on the actual GED tests. By answering GED
practice questions and getting feedback, you will develope a feel for
the kind of reading, thinking, and problem solving skills you will need
to pass the GED test. These sites contain plenty of links with
information about the GED Tests. We advise you to not pay for
online GED prep as there are plenty of free sites,
books at the library and real people who are willing to help you free
of
charge. www.4tests.com also offers GED practice tests and tips but
watch out
for pop ups. For more GED related links
